This website is intended mainly as a bulletin board for the players and parents of the Wantage Girls Football Club, for the latest news, league positions, forthcoming matches, or snippets of match reports as printed in the Oxford Mail.

Or you may be a girl aged 8-15 years and football-crazy, looking for the place to develop and show off your football skills, in an environment where team spirit, friendship and fun are at the top of the list.

The WGFC is very much a family affair for the players and their parents. Mums and dads are encouraged to support their team on Saturdays, to share the triumphs and console the losses, as well as helping with the little things like putting up the goal posts and marking out the pitch.
